Embodied Workshops

Welcome to our offerings of embodied Ayurvedic workshops. Immerse yourself in the transformative power of Ayurveda—not just as knowledge to be learned, but as a living practice to be felt, experienced, and embodied.
We invite you to journey inward, reconnecting with your body's innate intelligence through personalized Ayurvedic practices, mindful movement, nourishing cuisine, and the gentle guidance of experienced practitioners. Each moment is designed to help you remember what your body already knows about balance, healing, and vitality.
Whether you're seeking to restore your energy, deepen your understanding of Ayurvedic principles, or simply create space for profound self-care, you've found your sanctuary. Here, healing happens through the gentle art of listening—to your body, your breath, and the wisdom that flows when we slow down enough to receive it.
Welcome home to yourself <3

Step away from the noise of daily life and join us for a dip into the river of Ayurvedic practices designed specifically for women who are cycling, in perimenopause, menopause or beyond. This retreat is set up to support you to align with the cycles of nature, your essence and the ojas (vitality) of your inner waters.
Throughout the weekend, we will explore Ayurvedic insights, yoga, meditation, pranayama, classical Indian singing, womb health, massage, nervous system attunement and the art of rasasyana (rejuvenation) to promote balance within your body, mind and soul.
Our time together will weave between practices, education, reflection, authentic sharing and an individual massage session.
Each participant has the opportunity to receive an individual 30 minute Ayurvedic breast massage to support breast health, rasa (lymph) and the heart chakra, with our licensed massage therapist, Ashley Elaine.
(It is important to us that you feel comfortable receiving massage. You may choose to receive over clothing, only upper chest/just below clavicles, or another variation.)
Leave feeling nourished, grounded, and inspired with practical tools to continue supporting your well-being long after the retreat ends. May this be a gentle invitation to slow down, return home to yourself, and remember the profound healing that arises when women gather in community.
This workshop is designed to be transformative internally and provide participants with an Ayurvedic foundation to return home and gently weave Ayurvedic principles into their lives for daily well being. It is open to everyone, from those who are new to those who have experience with Ayurveda and/or yoga.
Price: $450 for course fees and $350-550 depending on accomodation
Significant need based scholarships as well as BIPOC reduced rates are available. Please inquire!

Join us for 4 days and 3 nights as we dive into the magic and mystery of Ayurveda amongst the quiet forest and hot springs of Breitenbush.
This workshop is an opportunity for those looking to understand and relate with themselves, others and the world around with greater depth and meaning. Ayurveda provides a foundation, a system of medicine that is truly holistic - all aspects of existence from the most subtle to substantial are included and revered with deep respect.
We will explore Ayurvedic principles through embodied practices of yoga, meditation, and pranayama (breathing exercises), informed by the classical roots of Ayurveda. The curriculum will include experiential classes on elements, doshas, gunas, agni, daily and seasonal routines, as well as subtle anatomy. Information will be grounded and embodied through Ayuryoga (yoga based on ayurvedic principles appropriate to the season and individual), meditations, chanting, marma (acupressure therapy), and partner/small group work.
